Through 6 Individual online sessions, I will accompany you in a reflexive process, structured and without judgments, Where can you explore your story, Your emotions and your way of living.
- We will reflect on your identity, Your values and your current situation.
- We will explore key areas such as work, relationships and your personal aspirations.
- We will work how you talk to yourself, And how this conversation influences your self -esteem.
- We will address the difficulties to say “no” And how to put healthy limits.
- We will identify the fears and beliefs that prevent you from moving forward and help you follow little satisfactory behavior patterns.
